5 x 1 hr Face to Face Personal Training Sessions

We design programmes around a variety of fitness goals which include strength building, fat loss, body transformations, muscle building, injury prevention and sports performance.
We offer accountability, peer support within our fitness community, programme design, a minimum of 1 hour per week with a certified personal trainer, nutrition coaching & lifestyle support.
